It was my second time, within a month, visiting this dental office. The establishment is very clean and well organized. The front desk staff (Sharon and Susan) are friendly and professional. My service, for both visits, was provided by the dental hygienists Ms. Kayla Scott. She was very professional, thorough and gentle. Well, since I’m in this for the long haul, to get back on track with my oral care after my previous dentist abruptly closed his practice in 2022, I’m glad I am very pleased with the service provided at Progressive Dental. I recommend this practice!

I am a creature of habit & like consistency..After over 20yrs with the same dentist due to him retiring I was forced to look for a new dentist..I came across a newsletter advertisment about Progressive Dental & Associates (Matteson)and was impressed by all the information & detailed services this practice had to offer..I sat on the information for a few months & then decided to try them out..I didnt know what to expect because I felt I had come from the best of the best in dental care with my previous dentist..Dr Durr’s clinic was welcoming/clean & refreshing…2 of his staff members (Sherri & Kayla)whom I had the pleasure of meeting 1st were pleasant/friendly/knowledgable/thorough & easy to talk with as well as Dr Durr was the same…I’m now looking forward to having a longevity relationship with this dental practice..Was a pleasant experience..great place with good vibes..I feel I’m in good hands & have found the best again..
